Return Policy

All pine nuts we ship out should be received in good condition. If for some reason you have a problem with the pine nuts you receive, you will need to contact us and return them within 14 days.
Due to storage procedures, we can not issue a refund after that time.

If the pine nuts are in good condition and returned simply because they aren't what you thought they would be or you just don't like them, we will refund your money for the quantity returned, minus the shipping costs.

If it is determined that the pine nuts sold to you are in fact bad, we will refund you for the return shipping costs and send you some good pine nuts to replace the bad ones.
